Paid tiers (Calibrate Deep and Calibrate Pro) are digital services delivered immediately upon payment. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed assessments.

If you experience a technical failure that prevented you from receiving your assessment, contact us and we will make it right.

IQalibrate does not store your assessment responses or results on our servers. Conversations are processed in real time through the Anthropic API and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Your API key, if applicable, is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQalibrate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any results generated by the service.
